1. God is ultimately in charge.
2. This is not my home. Heaven is.
3. I think it will help conservatives re-assess their message and messengers.
4. It gives us more reason to not put our trust in politicians to save us.

Here's a link to a sermon I preached at Oakwood Christian Church back in September. It was quite a reunion for us to be there, and it was such a blessing to hang out with Eric Keller as he has become the preaching minister there.

This sermon was my take on the legacy of Oakwood Christian Church, but it also is hopefully a good discussion of the purpose and legacy of any Bible teaching and believing Church.
