My sermon this Sunday is from John 5:16 - 30. Analyzing the claims of Jesus helps me to remember what Christianity is all about. It's not about being nice or being good - it's about worshipping the One who, though fully human, was fully God and took the penalty of our sins on the cross.
Every Christian should know in detail the claims of Jesus and should be ready to explain them to those who don't believe because they don't know the claims.
"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answerto everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." 1 Peter 3:15
